Boladale founded ProJourney to help students and young professionals successfully launch their careers — especially in highly competitive industries such as finance, big tech, law, and management consulting. These sectors are known for their significantly high entry barriers, which can be especially daunting for those without access to strong career support within their immediate networks. Alongside ProJourney, he works in Custody Asset Servicing for US investment bank, Citi, in London, where he helps develop risk management technology tools. Prior to that, he worked in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) at the London Stock Exchange Group, driving post-merger integration initiatives. Having witnessed the career defining impact of mentorship and coaching in his own journey, Boladale is passionate about expanding access to these resources — particularly for students at lower-ranked universities who often lack the opportunities and exposure their counterparts in more prestigious institutions enjoy. In pursuit of further growth and strategic insight, Boladale is set to begin a year-long postgraduate course in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School in February 2026.
